We'll have to start with assessing needs at head coach.  Bucs needs are strong leadership, ability to coach up young players, good drafting record, clout to bring in good assistants, proven winner, good character and someone that looks forward to making Freeman a top tier QB.  

It appears that the Glazers are willing to open up the check book for a good coach, assistants and players.  From the Joel Glazer press conference, I sense a renewed commitment to winning - we'll know more about their commitment by their actions over the next few weeks.  

What names come to mind (some unlikely and some likely)?  In no particular order...Fisher, Billick, Turner, Mularkey, Cowher, Spurrier, Sherman, Capers, Brian Schottenheimer, Chudzinski...We'll see how it plays out.         

I wish that people would fill the Trop in 2012...But, I'm not that optimistic.  I believe in the ABC report and it's number one recommendation that a new stadium belongs in downtown Tampa next to the Tampa Bay Times Forum.  Traffic won't be an issue.  I've been to Flugtag with 100000 people and Gasparilla with 800,000 people where traffic wasn't that bad.  You can park and ride the trolley to get there from Ybor.  

I'd like to get the nooges like Selig, ESPN and Pransky (he's a Red Sock fan) off of our backs.  They try so hard to push the idea that Tampa Bay area is not a sports town - I disagree.  These people are such nooges that they probably pulled for the jerk principal to catch Ferris Bueller.
